If you’ve found your way to this page, please allow me to say how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I have lost many of my canine companions over the years, and while I can’t feel exactly what you feel, my heart is with you. Losing a beloved companion leaves a space that can never be filled. They are irreplaceable and unique, and life feels heartbreakingly different when they are gone.
This page is dedicated to all those cherished friends we have lost—whether recently or many years ago. Here, you can find comfort through quotes, poems, books, and a grief support course. It is my goal here to honor your pets and provide a space of love, remembrance, and gentle support for anyone navigating the emotional journey across the rainbow bridge.

You’ll have opportunities to remember, celebrate, and hold onto the unique memory of your beloved pet, turning grief into a path of connection, remembrance, and love.
Grief is different for everyone, so Pawprints & Peace is designed as a self paced course.

Losing a beloved companion leaves a space that can never be filled. In Pawprints on the Heart, I share personal stories of love, loss, and the enduring bond we share with our pets, while offering helpful, achievable guidance and reflective exercises to help you navigate grief at your own pace.
Whether your loss is unexpected, recent or long ago, anticipatory or fresh, this book provides a safe, nurturing space to honour your companion, preserve their memory, and find comfort in the journey of healing. Filled with experience, prompts, and ways to celebrate life and memory, Pawprints on the Heart is a compassionate companion for anyone walking the path across the rainbow bridge.

This section below is dedicated to all the dogs we've loved and lost, gone but not forgotten. Their presence on this page marks their memory and shows love to other animals in need.
Each picture and name shows that a kind donation was left to help animals in need. In exchange for this kindness, I feature the beloved animals in question on this page. Each donation goes towards funding for various animal charities or medical funding for animals in need. At the moment, I am raising money for Birchwood Vet's Angel Fund. Can I add my pet to the page?
Yes! I built this page so that your pet can be added by me. If you would like to add your pet, click donate below or read on to see how it works.
How does it work?
When you submit a donation, you send me some information about your pet via email. Please include their name, picture and what you'd like to have written beside them on the page. When your donation is processed, I add your pet to the page. You can donate by scrolling down this page to the Donation section.
What does it cost and where does the money go?
You can give as much or as little as you want to the fundraiser. The current goal is $1000. For this fundraiser, all funds will go to the Angel Fund at Birchwood Vets, which is funding to help people pay for medical care for their pets. For your pet to be added to the page below, a minimum donation of $5 is required. Donations of more come with additional thank you perks.
What will it look like when my pet is added to the Rainbow Bridge Page?
You can see an example below of my little Suki. When you donate $5 or more, your pets picture and name will be added, along with a message of your choice with your initials at the end. If a message is not specified, I will use one of the following default messages:
A.) You were my favourite hello and my hardest goodbye.
B.) You left your pawprints forever in my heart.
C.) If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
D.) Once by my side, forever in my heart.
What are the donation levels?
$5 - Pet added to page.
$10 - $20 - Pet added to page, personalized thank you and a free gift.
